| | | | Sellers seem to want to sell and cash-in while the market is still strong which is a reason why we have seen another uptick in inventory and new listings. The demand still outweighs supply as we notice home prices holding steady. Buyer demand is still strong but buyer's buying power is taking a hit as rates continue to climb. This should inevitably hurt selling prices as buyers will be able to afford less? Over the last several weeks it seems buyers are moving at a slower pace causing the average days on market to increase. Even though the Fed paused rate hikes in June it did little to alleviate mortgage rate increases. Our New normal is 7%+. Get used to it people!!! |

| | | | Birthday Celebration | Holiday Vacay This past week we took our annual family vacation to Camden, Maine. This time we timed it to celebrate my 34th birthday and America's 247th birthday. Camden is a post-card worthy town situated on on harbor with great shopping and restaurants. Maine is full of outdoor activities and has some incredible views! We were able to escape the Florida heat for a week to watch the fireworks over the Camden Harbor. The kids had a blast going on bug hunts, walks and playing at the parks. We couldn't get to watch any TV for a break for mom and dad. The kids were non-stop until bedtime. We look forward to eating more lobster and bug hunting on the next trip! |
